I was excited to get these as it was my first FCC purchase. Unfortunately, I had some bad luck as my box was opened and my cigars were moldy. The box itself wasn’t even sealed…. but hey !! The world goes on. I will say despite my dissatisfaction, I reached out to FCC and they offered to send out a replacement box after they receive the the shippeRead more about review stating Open box & Moldy when I received themd box in return. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of waiting a full month or so. I just chalked it up as a loss. Then a representative said if I ever decided to order another box, to reference my complaint email and he’ll hook me up. So my suggestion is, don’t expect perfection in the cigars but definitely good customer service at least. Just reach out if u have issues and they’ll come to a solution.
